Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ahmedabad Business Review (ABR) values transparency and fairness in all its subscription processes. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations for ABR magazine subscriptions are handled.

1. Subscription Coverage

Each ABR subscription includes six (6) issues published over a twelve (12) month period.

2. Cancellation Before First Issue Dispatch

If a subscriber chooses to cancel before the dispatch of the first issue, a 100% refund of the subscription fee will be provided.

3. Cancellation After First Issue Dispatch

If a subscription is cancelled after the first issue has been dispatched, the refund will be processed after deductions as follows:

• Printing, packaging, and postal charges, and
  
  

• An administrative deduction of 20% of the total subscription fee.
  
  

4. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 14–21 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be applicable for:

• Subscriptions cancelled after the second issue has been dispatched.
  
  

• Complimentary or promotional subscriptions.
  
  

• Issues already dispatched or digitally accessed.
  
  

6. Policy Authority

Ahmedabad Business Review reserves the right to modify or amend this policy without prior notice. All decisions made by ABR regarding refunds and cancellations shall be considered final and binding.
